3 Ways to Beat Stress And Fatigue

Are you tired of being tired? If so, keep reading for tips to help.

A lot of people call this time of year the season to be stressed instead of the season to be jolly. I am here to say that it can be the season to be jolly for everyone. Stress and fatigue can be controlled by making three lifestyle changes.

1. Exercise

Get moving! Laying around hoping and praying that you wake up with a six pack is not the way to get the perfect body. Trust me, I tried. The best way to get in shape and get the blood flowing is to exercise, yes even in the winter time. The chemicals released during exercise give energy and releave stress. There are a couple of ways to do it by a gym membership or at home. Choose the way that best fits your life as long as you do it.

2. Eat Healthy

This time of year many of us are eating a lot of comfort food like fruit cake. That is fine but just remember to eat moderately if you are going to partake in all the sweets. Too much bad carbohydrates will weigh you down and make you feel sleepy. Eating the good carbohydrates like fruits, whole grain wheat and lots of protein will give natural energy to make you feel like you will never have to sleep again, maybe.

3. Last but definately not least, PRAY!

Praying and having a relationship with God is the key to a peace of mind. Isaiah 26:3, amplified version "You will guard him and keep him in perfect and constant peace whose mind [both its inclination and its character] is stayed on You, because he commits himself to You, leans on You, and hopes confidently in You."  When we focus on God, we will be at peace in every area of our lives.
